- How do I make payments for my order?
To make payments for your order, there are two options for residents of Nigeria or customers who operate a Nigerian bank account.
To Pay Within Nigeria,
- You can pay online on our website using your credit or debit card via our payment gateway powered by Paystack during the checkout process.
OR
- You can make full payments (including shipping and any taxes) via a bank or mobile transfer. To do this, please ensure to select the Bank Transfer option on the checkout page. This will reveal the bank details to make payment to. Please ensure to click the Submit button to submit your order after payment is made.
Payments from Outside Nigeria,
If you do not own or operate a Nigerian bank account, you can make payments on our website using our payment gateway, Paystack. Select the Credit Card payment option and follow the prompts.
OR
you can make instant payment using the app Send Wave**. To do this, select the Bank Transfer option at checkout to reveal the bank details to make payment to. Once payment has been successful, please click the submit button to submit your order to us.
(please note, Send Wave is only available for users in the US, UK, Canada, Italy, Spain and Ireland.)
- What is the returns and refund policy?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if within 8 days of purchase you change your mind, we will be happy to offer you a full refund credited to the card or original method used in the original sales transaction. Please note that goods must be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with your completed returns note.
Custom or engraved items as well as earrings or any jewelry with piercings cannot be returnable, exchanges or refundable.
- Do you deliver to my country?
At the moment, we deliver across Nigeria, Africa, United States, UK and Canada. If you would like a delivery outside these countries please send us an email. We hope to deliver globally soon. Read more about our shipping and delivery policy here.
- Can I exchange an item?

- Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
We generally process and prepare your order for despatch immediately if it is in stock, so you may not be able to make any amendments or cancel your order. In this instance, you would have to return your order once you've received it in accordance with our Returns Policy. If your item is made to order, you have 24hrs to change or cancel your order.
- What size ring do I need?
To find out what size you need, please refer to our ring sizing guide or visit your local jewellers, where you can usually have your ring size measured.
- Can I shop without creating an account?
Yes, you can. This means we will only collect the minimum amount of details from you to process your order and you will not be required to create an account.
- I want to shop for my wedding party, what do I need to know?
We are glad you have chosen us to be a part of your big day! Zivanora has a wonderful selection of jewelry options perfect for every member of your wedding party; from the bride to the bridesmaids.
When shopping for yourself the bride, or your bridal party, please make sure to note the production time for each item. We strongly advise your purchase shouldn't be left until the last minute to avoid any delays.
If the items you desire are in stock, they would be packaged and shipped to you using our standard shipping schedule. If you would require expedited shipping, please email us via the contact page.
- I want to shop for my wedding party, do you offer discounts?
We offer customizable versions of the gift items listed on the Wedding Gifts page as well as exclusive discounts for bulk purchases for your wedding party.
A one time discount is offered for purchases of 6 items or more. Since it is a one time offer, please ensure you place your order for all items at once. To get this code, please send us an email via the contact page.
Please note that customized items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Every other item purchased follows our standard Returns & Exchange policy
